*1) Duplicate registration of your My Page is prohibited. 

You can only register one My Page per person. 
If you register false information, create duplicate My Pages, and make duplicate reservations, you may be prohibited from taking the Specified Skills tests conducted by OTAFF for up to 5 years. 

You can change the information registered on your My Page. 

Please log in to your My Page and submit a request to change your information.
However, even if you submit a request for information change five business days in advance, you will not be able to take the exam unless it is approved by OTAFF by three business days before the exam date. If you apply for information change less than a week before the exam date, please call OTAFF.

3) You cannot make duplicate reservations for the same exam.

You can only reserve one exam at a time for the same exam. You cannot make multiple reservations at the same time.
When re-booking, please make your reservation after the exam date has passed.

You can change the exam date.

Please change your exam date by 11:59 PM JST three business days prior to the exam date (or 11:59 PM JST four business days prior if the exam date falls on a Saturday, Sunday, or Japanese national holiday). Please log in to your My Page to make the change.
Please note that changes cannot be made after the deadline. Also, reservations for the exam cannot be canceled.

Please wait 45 days before retaking. 

After taking an exam, if you take another exam in the same industry, you must wait 45 days from the day after your previous exam.
In other words, you can take the exam again starting from the 46th day after the exam date.
